You cannot miss us – we are on the A30 in the village of Monkton, just outside of Honiton East Devon – halfway between London and Cornwall – the perfect spot!
Honiton, the centre of lace and antiques is a mere 2 miles away, with the Cathedral City of Exeter a 20 minute drive – giving full access to Dartmoor, Exmoor, South Devon, North Devon and Cornwall.

History of Court Hall
The history of the house dates back to the 1830’s when it was built as the weekend country retreat of Richard Sommers Gard who later became the Conservative MP for Exeter. He was also a very wealthy Exeter and London Banker and financier.
